We found her lying there…
Wounds torn open across her back.
Her legs limp. Her eyes trembling.
She didn’t cry. She didn’t fight. She had already lost so much.
The others said, “Put her down.”
They said there was no hope.
But how can you end a life that still wants to live?
She’s not just a dog.
She’s someone.
She’s a soul.
She’s been hurt by humans and the last by a heavy pitbull!
And now only humans can save her.
We don’t know if she’ll walk again.
We don’t know how long her recovery will take.
But we know this: she deserves the chance.
