A few days ago, this little girl was struggling silently, unseen and unprotected. She existed on the edge of survival, hoping for a kindness that never seemed to come. Until Sarafina stopped — and chose to care.
When she was brought to us, we took her in without hesitation. We gave her safety, warmth, and the promise that her life would matter from this moment on.
Now she is safe — but this is only the beginning.
